I took a slam today at the bottom of the hill I was foot breaking, when I got the wobs. I went down on my side landed on my shoulder and got some roadrash on my left hip. On the impact I felt my head hit the asphalt. Just a scuff mark to the side of the helmet. I am glad I have learned over the year...

I was leaving one of my slalom contest posters at a local skateshop. I ran into one of my old friends who was buying a skateboard for his kid. We sat there a reminisced about the 70's. I recieved my Insect GS City Bomber this week. Steve Hopper did a great job on designing this board. I first tried this board at G4 Vlad was kind enough to let me ride his board. I was stoked after riding it. As soon as I got home I emailed Steve and let him know I wanted one. The board is a stiff f...

That sounds pretty good Joe, I can live with that. Rumor has it that Jeff GOGO Goad is going to throw a race in St Louis at Tower Grove Park possibly a 2 day event. I believe it will be right after the Red Clay race. Jeff also puts on a very good race. Good warm up for the Worlds. Eddy Texas Outlaws.

I also was terrified of the start ramps the first time I saw them. Ricky Byrd was kind enough to let me push start at the bottom of the ramp at LSJ 2003. 66 at the Red Clay race also allowed push starts last year. Marcos Soulsby Monroy and Keith Hollien encouraged me to build my own start ramp last ...
