The only bearings I know of that aren't made in China are Bones Swiss, Ninjas (japan), and Rockets (nmb in singapore). Really, that's all? GMN is not made in China. I'll check to see if he has tested Oust. So far all I've heard is that he looked at them (the photos?) and said the design is the right idea but he feels they are way overpriced and most likely are from China (since if they weren't Oust would surely trumpet that fact). BTW, he's not an NMB employee....
