... I agree that if you use the ISSA ranking of the top 32, you should get a sanction. But you should not be allowed to ban any of the top 32 racers for other reasons. I agree that a race promoter WITHOUT an ISSA sanction can invite or limit whomever he wants. But if the ISSA issues a race sanction...
