As far as I can tell, 3dm may be the only brand offering grip-oriented wheels in such hard duros.
Regarding duro precision, it's typical for all wheels to have at least ±2 point tolerance in their specification. More than that, I take it up with the factory.

Hi Eric, It's funny that I'm answering your questions on this website, since we both live in the same town! To begin with, the last time Seismic trucks were manufactured in Germany was 1994. They came in 110mm, 135mm, 146mm and 157mm widths. Springs were available in silver Extra-Light, red Light, g...

Revival of ISSA
In my opinion, it is high time for slalom to once again have the guidance and support of a truly representative international governing body. In the 1980s and early 1990s, the ISSA, often under the direction of Jani Soderhall, was of invaluable service to the European slalom scene. I can think of no...

Donald - The Peak has bought some wheels molded under my ownership, and *many* wheels molded under Howard Gordon's ownership. In the future, we will probably implement a new color scheme that does not rely on variations of grey to distinguish durometers. The old system can be confusing, since what looks like "light grey" to one person might seem "medium grey" to another.

In the mid-1990s, Seismic manufactured a 66mm 78A cruising wheel called the Richter 7.1. We developed these as part of a plan to market complete, ready-to-roll racing boards, in collaboration with legendary deck maker Bob Turner. The original plan was a bit ahead of its time, but through 1996 we sol...
