Hey Adam and Chris- I handed in my paper today, so there is no need to have the questionaire answered for that purpose, though I think your ideas are very good. For my paper the idea was that all the questions be answered in depth, as Wesley Tucker did on this site and numerous others did to me via ...

Hello everyone. Here at CMU there exists a race called Buggy. You can see pics of buggies at http://www.andrew.cmu.edu/~fringe/buggy The pics are big and I dont want to sap bandwidth here, so I wont post them. Let me explain how the race works- The buggy fits one person inside (a very short girl) wh...

Vlad, glad to hear you are ok, my bud Elisa took one on the chin @ the Gathering, it was gnarly. Remember that at the speeds you are going, if you fall it could be all over. I don't want to see my slalom loverboy get hurt! H <font size=-1>[ This Message was edited by: Henry Julier on 2003-07-27 23:2...

Also, Weather.com says high of ~80, 10% chance of rain for Friday... not bad. ...

Road biking will help for endurance. ... which will help you go faster on the mountain. Going downhill on a trail in mountain biking is all about looking ahead and using your body to get over/around obstacles. At school I ride 4 days a week (road) at 20 miles + each ride. At home I ride every day, m...

Just can't resist putting in a plug for Monkeywrench Machine Works. I had planned on getting an offset made, but opted for new axles instead. John- A great plan so far, but with some difficulties. I think assuming that a school would fly its kids (whether they pay for it or not) from Florida to Connecticut, or visa-versa, is an unsafe assumption. Kids at boarding school have commitments, but more importantly, homework. I hear people tell ...
