You don't want to use hot water, but any mild cleaner like Simple Green, cold water and a scrub brush should do a pretty good job.

That's correct - the top has a modest crown contour from tip to tail, ending at a sidewall instead of rolled/wrapped edges. The bottom is flat through the camber except for contoured wheel wells.

There is a bottom layer of 1/4" plywood with 2 x 1/8" layers of masonite (same as wood half-pipes) on top. I had trouble bending the plywood, so in the future, I would just use more layers of masonite. Underneath, there are 4 2x4's spaced 2-ft apart as support.

Hard to say. We do have a modest roll-in at the top, and the bottom transition is similar to FCR, but otherwise straight. This ramp is a fair bit taller and steeper than FCR, but it's not particularly scary. The FCR "s" transition does provide perhaps a bit better platform for a launching pump towar...

Glenn - I haven't forgotten. We had a pretty big backlog of orders, but things should be caught up within the next 2 weeks, and then we'll look at scheduling some harder Cambrias plus softer Avalons. Realistically, we can probably have these by the beginning of August.

They ran 4ft wood ramps that were pretty skinny at Gruningen, and after a few practice runs, it was no big deal. I think 5-6ft ramps would be cool as long as they have some width.
