I'm looking forward seeing you guys from Berlin in Cologne for the
"Slalom Freunde Winterfest" (that means: Slalom Buddies Winter Party):-)

And lets skate with several layers of clothes, down jackets and some heating equipment (i.e. "Glühwein" ----> hot spicy redwine ;-) )

Hi Corky,
the 2nd column in the world ranking says No.
Does the number describe the amount of races I entered ?
In my case it says 3, but I only started GS/TS at the ESC2004 in Cologne.
In my understanding that would be 2 ! Is that right ?

Hi there,
today we had 2°C in the morning !! :-(
I'd like to know if you slalom in wintertime and how ?
Esspecially if you don't have a possibility to skate indoors!

I got two new sets of PT Bearings. One set of regular ABEC7 and one set of ABEC7 Ceramics. My first impression is , that I can't find any difference in the performance of the bearings ! Only the price ! ;-( Is that right that the ceramics should be "faster" ? Or is it just the "roll in" time and aft...

I've been to the french camp in Bourges too ! I think it was 2 times.
There were Gonzales, Staab, McGill, Welinder, V-7, Pierre Andre, Jamie Mouse Mosberg, and others.
I think the name of the guy who did that camp was nicolas Malinowski ?

I also used to skate slalom in "surfstance". My feet are size US12 !!! :-))
I hit every cone with my heel ! :-(
Now I skate with my feet standing in "riding direction", like standing on a mono ski, and it works perfectly !

Hi Glenn, also the foam is broken ! Its just the bottom layer which is alright. I can still stand on the board without cracking it into pieces. Yesterday I got my new Airflow C81 equipped with Rt-X in the Front , Rt-S Offset in the back, Grippins 84a/92a, wedged risers 11°.

IT ROCKS !!!!!! Like riding on rails !!!!!!

Vintage 70's Turner Needle Nose

Does somebody know what kind of resin was used to build the 70s Turner Summer Skis ?
I have an old one for restauration. The top layer is cracked right in the line of the inner holes of the front truck.
The bottom layer is alright.
I want to fix it with a new top layer of carbon/ fiberglass.
