Wes, The proposed winter schedule was on page 2 of the "Summer Outlaw Series" thread... go figure. (per your request) I've re-posted it here in the 2004 WINTER OUTLAW RACES thread. I dropped the '05 cuz there were only 04 dates... Q can someone make it a sticky thread? (one that stays at the top???)

Seth, Calm down, grasshopper. ;) KMG comes from near Pittsburgh. Lansdowne is actually farther (albeit 20 miles) for him than Gburg. Put yourself in KMG's vans for a minute: You and your wife schedule a weekend around an event. You make plans, you change other plans so that you can keep that date op...

I find this an interesting discussion. Here's my 2¢ from the (mostly) outside.... The big problem is that definitions of these terms depend entirely on context, because there is no accepted governing body, or reference for slalom skateboarding to point to. So if a slalom skateboarder wants to call h...

Danny, I fully understand what you're saying. At one of the races this summer, I warmed up on "the dresser" which is huge... 36" between truck holes, equipped with Indy 215s and Gumballs. I raced on my Bozi GS, which is just under 30" axle to axle, equipped with 130 Seismics and Avalons. Needless to...

I like the "sideshow" idea in the middle lane. There was a nice little course (or two!) set up there when they were running Ohm's course on TG4 eve. The middle lane should be used to complement whatever is happening on the main stage. During LB/GS make it tighter in the sideshow. When the main lanes...

LB thoughts... It seems to me that the Longboard race is the common newbie entry point, and should be continued. (I think I'm still at that newbie point.) The "run what you brung" seemed to re-infuse the fun. I did enjoy the head-to-head dual longboard race, but would discourage future double-elims ...

GOAD stuck in DC, needs ride to 'Da Farm
Maybe one of you DC Outlaws can help? Q From the other site: On 8/6/2004 Elisa wrote in from 64.12.xxx.xxx: (United States) Hey Ya'll, Jeff Goad is stranded in the Washington DC airport, his flight out of there to Hartford was cancelled. If anyone is coming from Washington to the Farm and can pick J...
