Isn't it worth something being first out of the starting blocks? Like that you don't have to worry about cones flying. If there are lots of cones flying and you could strategically spray one into the opponent's lane, then that is an advantage. With 3x, I don't think it is worth the penalty. On the ...

You sure you have a Gus truck? Does the baseplate have JAP or JPN stamped on the bottom? They don't really have a normal pivot cup.
