Tway, I have to agree w/ John. Your new timing system should definatly incorperate the Newton system. I saw john look up some phone numbers on his and it was very slick to say the least. Laptops are far too large and cumbersome and drain lots of megs. can you do one that runs off a cell phone? TK

Tway, you are a very clever guy and quite astute. My love affair with the 62 mm strada wheel began when they were the only wheels out there worth riding. I never considered them a Quad wheel but a slalom racing wheel that quad guys used on occasion. Also I have only been skating for 2 years and reall...

I rode 62mm Stradas in 88 and 92 all day long at the Gathering II. I was being stubborn and did not want to change. I would have beat chaput if I rode newer wheels.

Andy you're right. It is lame. But this is about the guys who are true to an art form.Who only race and ride parallel. They are the last of a dying breed and this race is in a way honoring them. Are they the fastest,no. We could make it an open and just give Gilmour the prize but he already has a st...

Chris, when I say I'll spot so and so some cones I mean I don't start untill the other racer is 3 cones into the course or whatever. That makes it fun because you have to hunt the other guy down and he has to not freak out and panic in order to win. These races can be exciting no matter who is racin...

Joe, I spot you 6 cones on a long course (40 cones) 3 cones on a short course (25 cones) and we go. I would put sandy up against you but she is pregnant and being waxed by a pregnany woman may push you over the edge. The wager is a case of your beer of choice. JG,I thought the format in Boston was a bit cofusing and took a long time to get to what would have been the final 4 racers any way you ran it. Granted guys got to run lots of runs but in some cases it was too many runs which left the top qualifiers waiting around and getting "cold". Races are races...

I'll never ride a conventional truck again. They are that good(for me at least) . Trackers and indys ride like toys by comparison. Even Gilmour loves them and he hates everything! You can tune them like an offset for the rear and they stick like tape but slide predictably. There is no pivot cup slop ...
