Jim, directions are posted on Winter Series thread page 1. The only difference is you are coming in from the south.


Looks like I will be making the call as early on friday as possible. Weather reports vary.May be just rain/sleet mix. Should dry by saturday am. er,I hope.

Did a check this weekend on the hill. Had to rake an S-Load of leaves. Not a soul in sight but a few mountain bikers. Bust factor is minimal. Snow is falling now but will be gone by Saturday. Runout is no problem, just shoot up a road that goes slightly up a hill and links to the hill on the other side. It's kind of a big circle of fun. Anthony, the downhill race is your baby. However you run it is up to you.

My only thing is being careful and running a safe race to protect Fountainhead for a possible future legit race site.

Aaron, unfortunately I have to keep the Dec 10th date. I have an earlier commitment on the 3rd. Can your dad change his schedule? BP and others, Fountainhead looks great. LBK had me take the Brower Wireless Timer when I left the Lansdowne Banked Slalom Race. The first time I opened it was last night with Vlad. It seem that maybe 1 tripod is missing??? Another classic battle with Cabbage. We traded first spot a couple of times then Cabbage closed the deal. I ran out of gas on my 3rd and 4th run and he took the first spot again. I checked out Sherrill Rd today. Re-paved with lots of curves. Didn't skate but will skate it soon. It will be a sick place for a Downhill. Definately a spot to bring Cliff Coleman to to slide the curves.
