I found a new spot right near Walker Lane. It's at the Springfield Transportation Center (Metrorail, Metrobus, VRE, Greyhound bus center). Just got back for skating with Wes, Anthony, and Rene.

Supposedly Vlad took a nasty spill on a 36 cone run at the RFK race track. He split his chin open and took off to get stitches.

Walker Lane is in Springfield, Va right off the Springfield/Fairfax County Parkway. It's in an office park on the left. There is also a Medical Center across the street.

It is also close to the Springfield Metro for the auto challenged.

I noticed that too. The pitch doesn't look as good as the other park and ride?

I've found a parking lot off Columbia Pike overlooking the Pentagon that is steeper than the old p&r. It could be a nice spot.
