Slappy, Although your forecast seems optomistic, I'm all for optimism... The best I can get is 47 for a high this week, but will continue to keep my eye on the P&R... Bertleboy's B-Ball game is at 9:00 am this week, so we could potentially make it to F-head before all the fun ends (unlike last time)...

The main part is dry, but very salty. There's a bit of melting at the bottom where the runout area is.

I could be up for a Vans session if the race is postponed.

Well guys... Good News: The GBurg Park & Race is bone dry. Bad News: There is more salt on the asphalt there than I had snow. Unless somebody's got one of those rolling sweepers, a gas-powered blower, or a Zamboni, or we all show up with push brooms an hour early, there will be no racing at the P&R....

Don't go lower than ProTec. They're about $40, and are pretty comfortable.

Keep this in mind:

Not illegal to posess, illegal to manufacture. And, as far as I know, making wheels is not exactly something you can do in your basement (outlaw or not). The equipment and knowledge are pretty steep, most of the wheels made today are done by a handfull of shops.
