Well, I really liked the splits, but I just couldn't get into the front one, I think I just don't have enoug...

WOW Marion had the best prepped race I've ever been to. I envy the community of skateboarders, the DHB's, that I met this weekend. Cool bunch of guys, a time capsul of a 1950's town, lots of spectators that stuck with us, fun courses, and a world class GS today. I'll post something witty tomorrow, ...

Re: Another good online video
This is actually pretty good. It's a real brain teaser. The headline (not sure if it's German or Dutch) reads "find three differences between these two pictures." Once you do, you click on a button and it reveals if you are correct: http://members.home.nl/saen/Special/Zoeken.swf It's not as simple ...

Chris - The concave is about 1/2 inch deep on the Axe II. What I mean if if you put a straight edge across the board at the concave section, and measure in the middle, you'll get the 1/2 half inch. Ron perfect, exactly what I wanted two know. Is the concave linear or curved? I ask cause the one I s...

Thanks Wesley! Rick Brassard (white helmet, blue sweatshirt, with mustache) was the guy who built and supplied the ramp. And did a great job! He just started slaloming with us this summer and got totally stoked on it. He spent $20 on it and used wood and pipes he had laying around in his garage. It...

Re: Paul's Addendum
Hey, I also started thinking that by riding with my feet pretty much over the truck, camber was'nt doing a thing for me except making my feet wander toward the ends and make the deck slower reacting, and since I wasn't flexing the deck, a flat stiff but concave deck did me the most good. If you are...

Re: Deck Suggestions
Hey, I think you're on a good track. Check out the deck I ride from www.subsonicskateboards.com under the "future" icon. Your shape and my shape share a lot of similar "footing" aspects which I think is very important. Keep the shape, keep the concave (I would recommend staying within 5/16" of conc...
