Roadster

Donald, how you doing? I know I'm not on the "flow" Team but I certainly felt like it when you handed me the "Paul Price Roadster" at Brixlegg in July. I finally got around to setting it up this Saturday night in readiness for the Sunday race at Cadwell Park Racetrack. I'm running Bennett Offsets an...

Hello

A Merry Christmas to all fellow slalomers from all over this little planet of our's. Someone at work asked me the other day about my skating life and the people in it. It suddenly dawned on me that in the past 30 years of skating I have met a bucket load of people from so many countries and continen...

Just spoke to Brands Hatch as Ncdsa has gone down again so I can't post there. As I now understand it from Brands.... £12 per person per day to enter Brands Hatch on Saturday and Sunday. Under 12's free, camping free for the Saturday night. No word on how much the comp itself is yet. Brands will not...

I rode Sams deck in Stockholm on the Special Slalom, which was very tight indeed.
He had the Lazer on the front and it was a beauty.

i would highly recommend them.

I DID do the the Special Slalom before the heavens opened and got a time of 19.58 raw changed to 20.58 after a te...

Booked into the Malmen, as suggested and cannot wait to see everyone, although I am hoping to see people in June in Gruningen beforehand.

Which airport would be the nearest to the comp?
If I book The Malmen Hotel online how do I get the discounted price for my room?

Thanks,

Hello Maria and Richy.
I picked up an Axe from Stridely yesterday, but I will not be able to test it until next Wednesday night at the earliest as I'm working this weekend and it's Jill's birthday on Monday.

I love the shape, I'll have to get Richy to sign it the next time I see him!

Chris, I don't know if you have heard of the word gazump in the US.
It's an Engish word that is used to describe the actions of someone offering a higher buying price on the sale of a home after a lower price has been agreed.

Have fun,

Chris, so sorry I didn't mean to gazump you on the trakmate.

I was only asking what sort of price a second hand one was as I was thinking of getting one, but NOT Jani's!

Once again sorry to appear to tap you deal.

Donald, when are we going to see a picture of a Pavel?

Good catch securing Mr Price, one of Englands most consistent slalom racers, well done to Team Pavel.
Are you going to Grunigen this year?

Seeing the griptape on Jim's board brings it all back when I saw my first Turner back in about "78.
Of course Jim will bring it out.
You can't keep a thing of beauty hidden away.

Looking forward to skating this year with everyone.

I met Jim Korten back in December 1989. Me , Leon and Nutsack spent 12 hours on a coach from Victoria Coach Station, London to Glasgow, Scotland with Jim and his then wife. I think her name was Debbie or Diane. Jim seemed like a nice enough guy but he and his wife spent the whole journey spouting on...
