I think it would be cool if teams where only one class but with the following handicap system... Each man age year is 0.1 second penalty. Each woman age year is 0.05 second penalty. With a course of 20 seconds this means... 40 year skater: 20 sec + 4 sec = 24 sec 20 year skater: 22 sec + 2 sec = 24...
