Yes, keep them. Many may be lurkers, interested, learning, but perhaps intimidated about posting or just interested in reading only.Jani Soderhall wrote:Site members who never post anything at all, is there really a reason to keep them?

I think the ISSA will do a lot of good if it can help more races to happen and help them run better, by standardizing and providing information to local organizers.

hey hey Most would say barrells are turnier than inserts, depending on duro and tightness and what it is that you personally like. Most use soft in front, med/hard in back. The pivot cup is for replacing your thrashed one, pry it out. Graphite powder inside the cup helps its action. I think harder i...

When I was a little kid (early 60's) tandem surfing was a big deal and a lot of people were doing it. When boards got smaller in the late 60's and early 70's, tandem surfing pretty much disappeared. It seems like long skateboards are a natural for a revivial of the sport, if the ascendent partner do...

Adam, if you really want to know what grips best, take a close look at the wheels that the guys who are winning races are riding. Different riders have different results with different wheels. Results are what matter. Grippier usually means faster, at least as far as slalom goes. Look at what the fa...

W/B
Yes, wheelbase is typically measured from inner hole to inner hole. If you put one board's wheels next to another board's wheels to compare wheelbases, then the comparison is axle to axle. The inner hole measurement doesn't take into account factors such as offsets and wedging, which do affect the a...

CONE COLORS
It's not a silly question. Cone visibilty and they way people respond to the color is important. I like white cones. For me, they make it easier to focus on the space between the cones. They are also easier for me to see at dusk, given the contrast. I have a spot that is basically a public street. I...

I've got some yellow stims that are as hard as the blues. I also have some of the soft greens. I should add that my experience with sti...

I would recommend getting a splitfire DS (as opposed to the original splitfire). In my opinion this is the most versatile truck on the market due to the fact that it fits with any Randal baseplate. I run it in the rear with a 35 degree Randal baseplate, and this setup gives more traction than the T...
