Dazed and confused.
Just checking, cos I've benn reading the ISSA rule stuff, but if this is a points race don't you have to do the ISSA beep thing for it to be official and keep to all the rules that just got voted on? I just want to know whats going to happen or will you be using your new random start Micheal? We had...

Gus?
Using a spacer sounds like a reasonable solution, but i don't think those trucks had long enough axles to do that. If you are looking for a cheaper good truck, i love my Gus truck. It looks a bit like a Tracker crossed with an Indy, but has a ball joint at the pivot. If you're less than 15 stone you...

Rear first?
Just a thought, why not get the front first. There seems to me to be no point having the thrust and traction if you can't get round the course in the first place! I would say get the front first! Having used a Racetrack then tried someones board with a front Radikal (and RTS rear), I started making ...

I fancy me chances against you old middle-aged portly Southern shandy drinkers Oh I like a challange. First can we have you race Ella, who doesnt fit any of your pre conceptions. And will be difficult to beat. Very difficult. Good luck! Fine, then AFTER that, I'll race you old middle-aged portly Sou...

Good, a race near me!
What are the details of the event? Are you using the timing system in the phot? I heard that it had problems at Hyde Park, will it be okay here up North? I also read about your Outlaw race on NCDSA, is that worth coming down for and when is it. I fancy me chances against you old middle-aged portly S...

Clean runs.
Peter, clean runs? Looking back, should you be throwing stones from that particular glasshouse... Perfect weather with blue skies, 20C and light tail wind greeted us at the hill. Everything was set up @ 9.15 so the race actually started a little early. Now that's not very common for a slalomrace is ...

SHORTENING A FOAM CORE DECK!
I have a foamcore/carbon fibre board a mate gave me and I've re-drilling it shorter. Its wicked, but I now have three and a half inches of extra nose. At first this wasn't a problem, but it a) puts me off to look at when skating and makes me feel like I'm standing in the wrong place and b) on really...
