Yes i suspect you may be right in that respect but wouldnt it be great to skate your race board everywhere?

The axle engineering always confused me when i have a set of ACS 650's that have survived 25+ years of abuse and still run true when an axle with 12 months use bends.

yeah but if you turn the deck upside down you get low steer front and high steer rear and i've tried out decks with rear steer (scary) you need low steer rears cos thats where most of the traction is needed....when you get a lot of heelside turn in a truck the toeside rear wheel lifts up losing trac...

Kids have low weight CofG so they get through cones quicker....so short legged fat dudes also have low CofG's....the rub gets to a point where the course is longer and kids get tired faster.

Adam i ran seismics (157mm) on my landyachtz RIV speedboard for a few months and had no real problems with wobble or lack of tune...afterwards i ran the same trucks on a 95cm airflow with 78a flashbacks for longboard slalom...the rear had a lot of de tuned wedge (1/2 inch angled riser)and the front ...
