It's actually laser cut and then tumbled to get that finish.
Since they are made by Dave himself, they can be made fairly cheap, even at low numbers.

The one on that picture is a bit low for slalom.
We are currently testing it out and it will probably be available in a downhill version and a higher slalom version.
It works very well so far!

Wesley, if you've read the thread then you know by now that the program runs under microsoft windows. However as I mentioned a few posts up you can run the program on a Mac if (and this is a pretty important if) you run Fusion or Parallels with a MS windows image. Otherwise it will not work. The new Randal 150/180 has got CA on the opposite side of the 150/180 marking on the hanger. The old ones are blank.

The studs in the bracket are pressed in and not interchangeable, but you can get studs up to 1/2" longer when you buy it.
The bar is about 20mm from the deck with the standard configuration.

Asså.. Det är ju två shims per sida. Jag hade båda dessa utanför hjulet när jag testade, för att få hjulen så nära varandra som möjligt.
Ändå kör jag med Biltins, vilket ger en extra mm på insidan...

Testa igen med distanserna på utsidan.
