Wonderful News

My ex was about to do the same thing years back and was foiled early on, so my heart goes out to you brother. Further proof that sometimes justice is served.

Years ago I had three surgeries on one knee spent a year on crutches so my heart goes out to you. Very glad to hear you knee is not as wasted like mine was i.e. rips and tears.

Best wishes for a speedy recovery.

Jeff: Richard W Jones Park?, no this is not in a park, it is in the woods on the side of Pleasant Vally Road. Wes: I got such few replies (posting at the last minute does that) I was actually thinking about heading up to roll around "the downer" and rescheduling for another time when we can get more...

Still on the fence about this one, I am not much of a TS racer, what are the odds of "Time permitting" a GS after the TS? If so I am up for some floor space, no haunted school house to session/sleep at

I like the idea of DCDC (The shirts are awesome). Always liked "DC Outlaws" but it would be easier to hook up areas to race without the "outlaw" in the name.

Question: If I take the 6 figure gig I have been offered in Southern California can I still be a member?

Here is a very compressed (poor quality) video of the racing on the 28th. You should see the hi res version....

http://www.angelfire.com/sk3/dcoutlaws

it is a real media file which was the only compression scheme I had that could make it small enought to go on the web.

Are we running this weekend? The roads are dry in my neighborhood. In a pinch we could run single lane small offset here if need be.

Just got a Black Hill...sweet. Everything said above is true, this is one great board. No better value on the market today. When you hold this board in your hands you will be impressed, pictures don't do it justice. I love the surf inspired nose. Stoked to start racing it in the spec class here in DC.

Hope everyone had a good holiday or a good Wednesday however you look at it.

Back to racing... I am awaiting the Black Hill I ordered and have high hopes for the spec class. What a great way to make the sport open for new riders. I am totally stoked to start racing again.

Best to all, Timbobwei

I have had great luck using large washers for practice in my suburban neighboorhood. The cars never even see them i.e. no one complains. Yes they are harder to see but this is practice. No, my wheels do not slip when I run over them...anymore. Start with large fender washers 1 1/4 and up. Prime and ...
